Also, when shipment of The Oracle manuscript has been completed, all customer credit card details are automatically removed from our system.
RETURNS POLICY
The Positive Energy Company guarantees The Oracle with a 30-day Money Back Guarantee. If for any reason you are unsatisfied with your copy of The Oracle, you are entitled to a refund (less postage and packaging costs).
To return The Oracle please follow these steps:
1. Return The Oracle to The Positive Energy Company, 2A / 11 Augustus Terrace, Parnell, Auckland 1052, New Zealand, including details of your Order Reference, Name, Phone Number and reason for return. It is your responsibility to ensure that you use a reliable method of postage, as unfortunately The Positive Energy Company cannot be responsible for any lost returns.
2. Once we have received your return, your credit card will be credited with the amount originally charged (less postage and packaging).
